Communion

When I'm inside you
I turn inside out.
My organs all become exposed
And I drip in puddles
Oozing in and around you,
And my all-feeling nerves are extended
To take in more sense
Than is sensible.
My every cell loves you
(Some have even died to be inside you)
And all are thirsty for your moisture.
Sometimes I'm afraid
I might swallow you whole
Like a snake does its prey,
And then, I wouldn't see you.
However,
Please, feel free
To take all you wish of this, my body, and eat!
